How It Works

  • Step 1. Prepare the filter and pump

    • Soak the new filter in clean water for about 5 minutes.
    • Insert the sponge into the pump holder, place the carbon filter into the filter housing, and close it securely.
    • Install the pump at the base of the fountain, making sure the cord is properly positioned.

  • Step 2. Assemble the fountain

    • Put the stainless steel cover back onto the tank and rotate it until fixed.
    • Insert the water faucet into the top opening.
    • Double-check that all parts are fitted correctly and firmly.

  • Step 3. Add water and power on

    • Fill the fountain with fresh, clean water up to the “MAX” line but not above it. Make sure your hands are dry, then connect the power adaptor to the socket.
    • Press the button to start the fountain.

  • Step 4. Maintain regularly

    • Clean the pump and fountain every two weeks: remove the cover and rotor, then brush and rinse all parts with water.
    • Replace filters regularly (about every 2–4 weeks) and refill the tank in time to ensure fresh flowing water for your cat.
