How It Works

  • Step 1. Prepare the filter

    Soak the new filter in a bowl of clean water for about 5 minutes. After soaking, place the filter cotton into the filter box, then add the activated carbon filter with the flat side facing down.



  • Step 2. Secure the filter box

    Close the lid of the filter box tightly so the filters stay in place during operation. Make sure it clicks or feels firmly locked.

  • Step 3. Install the pump

    Insert the water pump into its slot at the base of the tank. Ensure the power cord is placed neatly so it won’t block the filter or water flow.

  • Step 4. Complete the setup

    Place the stainless steel cover on top of the tank, then attach the faucet securely. Double-check that all parts fit snugly before filling the fountain with water and turning it on.
